Our Business Policy...
- David Castlegrant & Associates can be called upon for management consultation on an as needed basis.
- As needed, consultation can include on site meetings, telephone calls, document review/analysis and any correspondences.
- We will invoice on the first of the month for the previous month consultation.
- Payment is net 30 days.
- The hourly fee for management consultation is dependant upon a variety of factors.
- Specific projects will be treated as separate arrangements and will be governed by specific agreements.
- Our policy of no cost overruns means that the client will not be brought to bare additional costs if a contracted engagement exceeds the amount of time initially agreed upon.
