My experiences with David Castlegrant have been, from the outset, very positive. David has a sense of how to dissect an issue and how to develop a path to its resolution. Ever since he joined the FJR Buying Group as its administrator, our meetings have been focused, have stayed on task, and well organized. He has been a real asset to our organization. David has as a rare skill and quality that separates him from others. He is a true humanist who by being so is able to immediately plug into a clients problems not only on paper but way below the surface. David can effectively uncover business problems yet is able to translate to the client possible solutions in a way that does not offend and lead to a positive result. He has a total grasp on what a business should be striving for to maintain and grow profit, regardless of the industry.
